Commission Acceptance and ProcessI reserve the right to decline any commission request.For commissions without a reference sheet or detailed character description, additional time may be required.Artwork Revisions and Edits
Major edits are encouraged during the sketch phase only. The sketch phase is to make sure the client is satisfied with the composition before I move any further in the production to avoid major revisions later on.Minor edits are permissible during the line art phase.Major revisions cannot be accommodated for after coloring, except for errors on my part, which will be corrected free of charge.Artwork Delivery and Usage
Artwork will be delivered in stages: sketch, line art (or greyscale depending on style selection), and final full color rendering.Commissions are for personal use only and may be posted online with proper credit. Commissions are not for resale, commercial use, or fraudulent purposes.Editing my work without permission is prohibited.Removal of my signature and identifying marks is prohibited.Commercial Use and Additional Fees
If the artwork is intended for commercial purposes, notify me in advance to discuss licensing and usage.I specialize primarily in furry art but can accommodate other subjects given adequate time and discussion.Payment and Refunds
Payment is accepted via Kofi, with full payment due before production.Refunds are not available after the line art/greyscale stage unless I am unable to fulfill the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.Commission Timeline and Delays
While I strive for expedience and quality, the specific details of your commission and the hand-craft nature of my work make it impossible to give a specific time table. I endeavor to complete commissions within 30 days of reception of payment, and will communicate any delays that may push the work outside of this window.Any delays will be communicated promptly. In case of inability to complete your commission due to external factors, a partial to full refund will be offered dependent on how far into the completion process the artwork is in at the time of the notification of delay.Artwork Usage and Restrictions
Artwork may be shared on all my platforms unless a private commission fee is paid upfront.Ownership or permission to use characters depicted in the artwork is solely the responsibility of the client.You may request your characters interacting with mine, standard rates apply for additional characters.I reserve the right to refuse any content that makes me uncomfortable in any way. Any topics requested that I am unfamiliar with will be heavily researched before agreeing to anything.Additional terms and prohibited usage
Clients must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me and agree to all terms stated herein.Artwork created by me may not be used in AI-generated art applications.Artwork created by me may not be used in commercial applications unless an appropriate licensing agreement can be met.
